(Dr.) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed (POLAM) congratulated twenty-seven (27) individuals on their Federal job appointments by the Nigeria Police Commission from the Irepo/Orelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency. This significant achievement underscores his commitment to enhancing the welfare and future of our community. In his congratulatory message to the successful candidates, Hon. Olaide Mohammed extends his heartfelt congratulations:  “Congratulations to all the successful candidates who have secured these prestigious positions. Your hard work, dedication, and perseverance have paid off, and you now stand as shining examples of excellence and determination. As you embark on this noble path, I urge you to be outstanding ambassadors of our Constituency. Uphold your new roles’ highest standards of integrity, dedication, and service. KPU National Body Pays Courtesy Visit to Hon. Polam at the National Assembly

Hon. (Dr) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed (Polam) received the Kishi Progressive Union (KPU) National Executives, led by the National President, Pharm. (Chief) Rahman Jimoh Bioku, in his office at the National Assembly on Wednesday. During the courtesy visit, the KPU National Executives presented seventeen agenda items aimed at fostering community development and enhancing the social and economic well-being of the people. Hon. Polam was urged to prioritize infrastructural development in the community, especially in healthcare, education, and road construction. He was also challenged to support programs that will create job opportunities for the youth in the constituency, enhance security, and promote peace and stability. Among the notable agenda items presented are: Construction of good motorable roads and adequate drainage systems in the Kishi metropolis Provision of a stable electricity supply Provision of clean and potable water by supporting water supply, reactivation of waterworks, dam, and its accessories Establishment of a tertiary institution in Kishi Building and equipping a modern High Court hall Creation of job opportunities for the youth in our community, either in the civil/public sector, military/paramilitary Support for farmers to ease their farming methods and provide a good market for their products Empowerment and loans for MSMEs and artisans in Irepo Local Government…. among others. The KPU National body pledged its commitment to working with Hon. Polam to ensure these objectives are achieved and urged him to use his influence and office to attract significant government projects to the Kishi community. The Senior Legislative Aide (SLA) to Hon. (Dr) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed, Alhaji Tajudeen Arikeuyo Badmos, Ph.D., in his welcome address, appreciated the community leaders for their visit and assured them of Hon. Polam’s readiness to work tirelessly to achieve some of the agenda items presented to him. While addressing the KPU National Executive team, Hon. (Dr) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed (Polam) has successfully orchestrated the release of two long-suffering constituents from Irepo/Orelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency from the confines of Ibadan Prison (Correctional Center). Jamiu Germany from Irepo and Ibrahim Olanrewaju from Olorunsogo, who had been suffering in prison since November 2021, have finally regained their freedom, thanks to the commitment of the lawmaker and his legal team. Represented by a dedicated ensemble including the Former Chairman, B. A. Fadairo; SLA to the Deputy Senate President, Hon. Bonuola Abdulazeez; Personal Assistant to Hon. Polam, Abdullahi Surajudeen; Irepo APC Chairman, Tiamiyu Moshood Ajana; Maruf Jawesola, and others, Hon. Polam exhibited a staunch resolve to ensure justice was served. Hon.
