Biography of Hon. (Dr) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed (Polam)

Vice Chairman, House Committee on Pensions

Hon. (Dr) Prince Olaide Lateef Mohammed (Polam), an esteemed representative of the Irepo/Orelope/Olorunsogo Federal Constituency and Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Pension.

He was born into the esteemed Adelabu Royal family in Kisi, Irepo Local Government area of Oyo State. He has earned a remarkable reputation as a person of integrity and commitment to both human and societal development. Among his friends, he is affectionately referred to as “The Prince of Peace.”

Prince Olaide pursued his academic endeavours diligently. He attended Ansaru-Deen Primary School in Kisi for his elementary education and Kisi Community Grammar School for his secondary education. He furthered his studies at Oyo State College of Education in Ila-Orangun, where he obtained a National Certificate in Education (NCE). He then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics in 1990 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science in 1992, both from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
